蒙高生，署，复升，号，清逸斋主人，清风堂居士，1950年生于陕西渭南市大荔县。自幼承家传，酷爱书法。2000年就读中国书法家协会培训中心研修班书法专业，行、草、隶、篆各体皆能，尤擅行书和草书。2014年3月5日，包括蒙高生在内的24位中国画家组成的艺术团在吉隆坡举办"中国梦丹青颂"书画交流笔会。3月8日，其乘坐的从吉隆坡飞往中国北京的MH370航班客机当日凌晨失去联络。

李俊和，又名李俊君，号和石居主，1964年生，广东省阳西县人，爱好广泛，从事书画、雕刻、盆景根艺、奇石等艺术研究工作和收藏，二十多年来创作了大量的具有岭南文化艺术特色而精美的奇石底座和珍贵木材笔筒作品，深受岭南一带收藏家们的喜爱。个人艺术传略多次被《》、《阳西报》、《阳西文艺》等报刊杂志和广东电视台、阳江电视台及阳西电视台专访报道，作品、藏品、论文、个人艺术简历入载二十多部大型画集和典籍。盆景、奇石作品多次在省港澳台盆景艺术博览会获奖，国画《明月清晖》、《铁骨飘香》等作品被有关组织评为传世金奖，并授予“中华金奖艺术名家”荣誉称号、国画《明月瑞雪透芳菲》和《岁寒三友》分别获第三、四届“金鼎奖”全国书法美术大展赛金奖、银奖。2011年国画作品入编《世界华人艺术领袖》，被有关组织授予“世界华人艺术大师”荣誉称号，国画作品入选《国家现代艺网》并被中国国际现代艺术研究中心授予“当代书画艺术名家”荣誉称号，同年被国际文艺研究会等协会组织评为“首届中国文艺功勋奖”金奖，同时被授予“中国文艺功勋人物”荣誉称号，作品深受远近收藏家们喜爱和收藏。现为中国当代艺术协会终身名誉主席。

《咏梅字画双绝》是为留念一代天骄毛泽东诞辰120周年纪念，中华人民共和国新中国成立65周年献礼。由国家民俗协会予以全程监制，此画由著名书法家、国务院办公厅国宾礼专供艺术大师蒙高生和广东著名山水画家、关山月再传徒弟李俊和携手并肩同创。《咏梅字画双绝》主要表现了人们精采多彩的感情生活，主要表现了人们对全球的壮丽希望。
